We're very fortunate to have this Creative Solutions location in town. SmallHD is in a class of its own for monitoring, but things happen, and our Cine 24 went down this month. While I can't say the repair was cheap, James from CSLA was helpful and accommodating through the process, and we're expecting a quick turnaround on the repair.

Been a customer of this place for over a decade, great products, great service, and great staff! My only gripe recently is there service department used to be much quicker with turnarounds for any repairs. Don't get me wrong, their service techs are great and knowledgable and usually would be quick in giving me a quote or estimate. However, in the last few months whenever I have any gear that needs to be serviced unfortunately it takes several weeks up to more than a month just to get it looked at. Even with their "rush' service. Before it used to take a few days to a week and a half. Not sure what happened whether it's lack of staff but I'm hoping that changes soon since that's the only thing keeping this place from continuing to be 5 stars.

My experiences with Creative Solutions Los Angeles have always been stellar.  They're products are of high, lasting quality.  The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help out in the physical store and when I have ordered online the communication and shipping is quick, friendly, and professional.  The times I have needed technical support was easily solved by email in a quick, professional fashion as well.  They are following health guidelines as well thankfully so that they can serve our community of creative professionals safely.  There are always new, useful products coming out from Creative Solutions too which is amazing.  I will be a customer for life so long as their integrity stays the same and I am in this business!
